Happy Baby Yoga
Parents: Come one, Come all – and bring the kids along. Happy Baby Yoga is a great activity for families with small children. During the session, you will pair classic Yoga techniques and bonding interactions with your baby. Be sure to participate in this fun exercise course at Marina Park at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
*This class welcomes babies from 6 weeks – barely walking.
**For the best experience, be sure to bring water, a towel, and a Yoga mat along with you.

On September 9, be sure to attend Bends & Brews. At this Yoga event, you will enjoy a 60 minute Yoga session, your choice of a pint of beer, and a tasty meal from a local food truck. Head out to Ventura Coast Beer Company on September 9 at 10 a.m.
*Cost: $18 for Yoga and a pint of beer, if paid in advance. On the day of the event, the price goes up to $22. Food truck items sold separately.
Wine Down at Four Brix
On September 24, visit Four Brix Winery for this relaxing Yoga class at 11:45 p.m. All levels are welcomed – ages 21 and up. Once the session has ended, stick around for some refreshing wine and good conversation.
*Cost: $18 for Yoga and a glass of wine, if purchased in advance. On the day of the event, the cost is raised to $22.
